NATURE OF THE GROUND
Eocene origin, ponca, clayey silt.

VINIFICATION
When fully ripe, the grapes are harvested during the coolest hours of the morning and are de-stemmed and softly pressed in the cellar.
The must obtained undergoes a first clarification .
After the fermentation phase, the new wine obtained is aged in the same containers of fermentation, with battonage on noble lees, weekly.
At the end of this maturation phase the wine is clarified again, filtered and bottled.
Aged in the bottle before being released.

It is characterized by a good acidity and medium structure, the nose gives aromas of flowers and yellow fruit.
