In addition to this particular care in the vineyard, great attention is paid to the aging phase of the wines. To enrich the structure and bouquet of red wines and to support their longevity, for each batch of wine the most suitable elevation container will be used.
In this perspective of great respect for the ancient and balanced agricultural tradition, we have for years recovered ancient native vines: some more common such as Ribolla Gialla, Picolit, Schioppettino and others more particular such as Tazzelenghe and Pignolo.
